We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Easy Returns Policy.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for return item must be unworn with no perfume and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original packaging with tags attached. Your item must have receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection we will notify you on the status of refund.
If refund is approved we will initiate a refund to credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policy.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable If you receive a refund the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
All Sale items are final sale no refunds or exchanges. All Merchandise listed under Final Sale category is non-refundable and no exchange.
